These terms cover the Kori and Chaal apps and the gutikhela.com website, made by Satyapir (সত্যপীর). By using them you agree to these terms.
Free to play, with ads
Kori and Chaal are free. They are paid for by ads: video ads you choose to watch for a reward, and a full-screen ad now and then between games. There is nothing to buy in either app today.
No real money
The coins in the apps (kori in Kori, Mohur in Chaal) are part of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money or anything else. No game in either app is played for money. Coins and items can be changed, rebalanced or reset as the games change, and they are lost if you erase the app's data or uninstall it.
Fair play
Play the games as they come. Please do not modify the apps, get around their ad or coin rules, or use them to break the law. Pass-and-play games are between the people holding the phone.
The games and their content
The apps, their artwork, words and code belong to their makers, or are used under licence; the paintings are public domain or openly licensed and credited in each app and on Image credits. You may use the apps for your own play. The history on this website is written from published sources cited on each page; it is offered for learning, as accurately as we can, without a promise that every detail is right.
As is
The apps and the site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We do our best to keep them working, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or stop them.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the apps or the site, including any loss of data, coins or progress. The apps are free, so where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.
Other services
The apps show ads from Google and use other services described in their privacy policies (Kori, Chaal). Google Play's own terms apply to downloading the apps.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
